Conduct a needs assessment exercise for identifying the future needs of vocations across sectors

Such an exercise will help in developing a scientific understanding of requirements, and trends across various sectors allowing governments and its institutions to accordingly tailor their modules, assessments, content, and training. This will improve employability of our young workforce. However, no such needs assessment exercise has been done so far by the government.
