AAP states in its manifesto – “All government services and forms will be made available online and on the phone. Data on government projects, performance, accounts and personnel will be posted online. This will bring transparency and accountability in governance.”

Working towards creating a transparent and accountable system of governance the Delhi government made most of its services available online. Total of 121 services are currently accessible online on the eDistrict delhi government website across different departments like revenue, women and child development, higher education, labour department, etc.

Apart from this the portal of Delhi Government has been created as a single window access to information on projects, performance and services being provided by the various departments like Health, Employment, Law & Order, etc.

The Delhi government also took steps to make public services available on mobile phones. Currently there are 75 services that people can avail on their for a nominal fee and have ‘mobile sahayak’ do the ‘leg work’ for them. 

The status of this promise is being classified as ‘Fulfilled’
