Water As Right: To amend Delhi Jal Board Act to make clean drinking water as right of the people.

The government has not introduced any bill in the Assembly to amend Delhi Jal Board Act to make clean drinking water a right. None of the budget speeches make a mention of this or nor is there any proposal in this regard. Hence, it is concluded that the AAP government is yet to start any work for fulfilling this promise. Considering the tenure of the government is nearly over, it is categorised as “Broken”.
