Ensuring all students graduating from Delhi schools who wish to pursue any Diploma/Degree be given bank loan with only one condition – securing admission

AAP government unveiled its loan scheme in September 2015 to students. 54 students were sanctioned loan in the year 2015-16, 131 students in 2016-17, and 34 students in 2017-18.

This indicates the launch of a scheme, but for various reasons the scheme has not seen its adequate implementation as reflected in number of students availing the scheme. Hence, the performance of the government has been classified as “Inadequate Progress”
