Fully staff and efficiently utilize the ICDS program and Anganwadis

Of the 10,897 Anganwadis, 10,752 (98.7%) Anganwadis are functional in 2019-20. Of these, 9451 anganwadis (86.7%) have workers while all the anganwadis have the helpers as well. 387 of the 428 supervisors posts (90.4%) are filled too compared to 78% earlier. It must be noted that as of the 2019-20, the department was conducting the recruitment and had expressed its intent to fill all vacancies in Anganwadi workers as well as supervisors levels.
