Working towards creating a transparent and accountable system of governance the Delhi government made most of its services available online. Apart from this the portal of Delhi Government has been created as a single window access to information on projects, performance and services being provided by the various departments like Health, Employment, Law & Order, etc.

The Delhi government also took steps to make public services available on mobile phones. Currently there are 75 services that people can avail on their for a nominal fee and have ‘mobile sahayak’ do the ‘leg work’ for them.
